Refund Policy

Retention Flow Consulting is committed to providing high-quality consulting and advisory services. Because our services involve time, expertise, and reserved capacity, the following refund policy applies.
Consulting Services
Payments for consulting services, assessments, and advisory work are generally non-refundable once an engagement is scheduled or work has begun.
This includes services such as:
Strategic assessments
Advisory services
Executive briefings
Any custom consulting engagement
Deposits & Reserved Time
If a deposit or prepayment is required to reserve time or schedule services, that deposit is non-refundable once the engagement is confirmed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an engagement:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start date may be eligible for a rescheduling at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date are not eligible for refund.
Exceptions
In limited circumstances, a partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion due to extenuating circumstances.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
No Guarantees
Consulting outcomes depend on many variables beyond our control. As such, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results or lack of outcome realization.
Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to address concerns prior to initiating a dispute through their payment provider. Unresolved disputes may result in suspension of services.
