Retention Flow Consulting was founded by Matthew Malless to address one of the most underestimated performance risks inside organizations:

Matthew brings unique experience, perspective, and capability from serving in dozens of manufacturing roles from production and critical leadership to cost analysis. He has delivered excellence in various leadership, project and process initiatives. He holds a law degree (JD) from Indiana University, PMP certification from PMI, and a CSSGB from ASQ. From serving in key roles to double the size of a production floor to execute and secure never before achieved industry leading contracts to simply executing organizational projects and initiatives at the highest level, Matthew can work in complex situations with many key stakeholders and make things better.
